Mission statement

TotalPC was established to provide premium service for individuals and businesses.

We are here to help end-users troubleshoot technical difficulties. Furthermore,

we assist businesses to exploit cutting-edge computing technologies for competitive

purposes in the most efficient way.

Experiences

TotalPC was conceived by two best friends, Nam and John, who have more than twenty

years of experience, combined. Nam, who obtains Windows network certificate, has built

and rebuilt numerous personal computers and servers, and has experienced in PC and network troubleshoot. His passion is computer related technologies and has kept up-to-date with the latest technologies in the market.

John, who graduated from the University of Calgary majoring in computing science, develops software for a consulting company. Utilizing the latest technologies like VB, C++, MS SQL and .NET, John has been involved in many projects for the oil and gas companies. Beside software development, John interests in the Linux OS and computer security.
